Our Story

Why We Started Eternal Pilgrimages Alliance

Eternal Pilgrimages Alliance grew out of a simple observation: pastors and ministry leaders across the Greater Phoenix metro wanted to offer their congregations life-changing Biblical travel experiences, but the logistics of vendor coordination, group minimums, registration, and travel safety made it difficult to get started — or to sustain year after year.

Founded by Brad Kirkham and his wife Leah, Mesa, Arizona-based travel consultants with a heart for ministry, Eternal Pilgrimages Alliance was built specifically for churches. Rather than treating congregations like any other travel group, we designed a partnership model that respects pastoral leadership, protects ministry time, and centers every itinerary on spiritual growth.

Today, we work alongside pastors and ministry leaders to plan Holy Land pilgrimages, Journeys of Paul in Greece, and custom group travel — all through a turnkey process that lets church staff stay focused on shepherding their people.

Co-Founder & Ministry Travel Consultant

Brad co-founded Eternal Pilgrimages Alliance to bridge the gap between faith-based travel and church ministry. With a background in travel planning through Cruise Planners and a deep commitment to serving the local church, Brad works personally with pastors across the Greater Phoenix metro to design travel strategies that fit each congregation's unique calling.

Leah Kirkham

Co-Founder & Ministry Travel Consultant

Leah co-founded Eternal Pilgrimages Alliance alongside Brad, bringing a heart for hospitality and pastoral care to every journey. She works closely with church leadership and travelers on trip logistics and preparation, making sure every congregation feels supported from first consultation through the trip home.
